Anything under $2,000 MAY be safe, but you may not necessarily get the best results. I would not choose to undergo a BBL based on price, but instead base my decision on the experience and skill of your surgeon. Choosing surgeon for this procedure because of a low price may result in surgical revisions, which can end up costing much more overall. Please seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with an excellent reputation .  Good luck in your search!
One of the main factors that influences how much breast implants cost is whether you choose silicone or saline breast implants. Saline implants cost between $800 and $1,000. Silicone cost between $1,800 and $2,000. On average, silicone implants cost up to $1,000 more than saline implants. While the prices of implants are set by the implant manufacturer, you can always expect that your procedure will cost more if you choose silicone over saline. Newer implant designs, such as IDEAL® implants, also tend to cost more. IDEAL implants, in particular, cost more because they are designed with a special shell that prevents silent rupture. Implant surgery costs by type
To learn more about the potential results of your butt lift surgery, discuss your expectations, desired outcomes, and concerns with your plastic surgeon. Staying informed about your procedure and following your surgeon's instructions can help you enjoy your new backside. One of the best ways to learn about butt lift results is to look at other patients' outcomes by asking to view before-and-after photos of doctors' actual patients.
Excessive bleeding. Due to improperly sutured incisions, poor healing, or anticoagulant medications, your wounds may bleed excessively. Refraining from strenuous activity for the first month after your butt lift can minimize your risks for bleeding. Depending on the severity of your condition, excessive bleeding may require additional surgery or blood transfusion, although this is not common. Traditional butt lifts carry a higher risk for excessive bleeding than Brazilian methods, given the size and placement of the required incisions.
Your surgeon can discuss your incision options with you to help you choose which type of traditional butt lift will suit your needs. Although traditional butt lifts do leave scars, your doctor will work to limit the length of your incision and place it in a less visible area. In addition to lifting, your surgeon may be able to augment your buttocks during these procedures with a butt implant, by repositioning your excess tissue in a more flattering way, or by transferring fat from other areas, as in a Brazilian butt lift.

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Brent Moelleken notes in a RealSelf Q&A that “By nature, surgery causes soreness, and patients are usually restricted from full workouts for a period of time after surgery. This explains the weight gains often noticed immediately afterward.” But it’s important to get back into the habit as soon as you’re able. “Some patients gain a false sense of confidence after their liposuction procedure,” he says. “If anything, patients should plan on being more active and healthier about their eating habits after surgery than they were before.”
Given the rising popularity of the Brazilian butt lift, many fitness instructors have created "Brazilian butt lift" workout regimens to target your hips, buttocks, and thighs. Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to use exercise and nutrition as an alternative to butt lift surgery, or as a complement to enhance the results of your procedure.
Where do you perform this procedure? Some plastic surgeons have hospital privileges at local facilities, while others perform procedures in their own offices. If your prospective surgeon works out of an independent clinic, make sure the office is accredited, meaning that it meets standards set by organizations like the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
“The old saline implants offered peace of mind but a less realistic result; silicone gel implants offered a more realistic look and feel but with concerns about silent rupture as well as long term safety and complications. The timing could not be better for the structured breast implant, which uniquely offers women the benefits of natural look and feel in addition to an unparalleled safety profile and peace of mind. This would be my personal choice for breast augmentation and has become the choice the majority of informed women in my practice are making for themselves.”
In addition to the financial cost of breast implants, women need to be aware of the emotional cost when asking how much do breast implants cost. Not knowing the status of their implants can take a toll on woman’s peace of mind. Recent survey findings* showed over 98% of women reported feeling concerned about silent rupture, including many women who already had silicone gel implants. When rupture is detected, it can result in feelings of insecurity and anxiety, as they don’t know how long it has been going on or whether they could have found out sooner. Both the worry and reality of silent rupture take a real toll on a woman’s overall well being, yet too many women don’t have all the facts before making a decision about their choice of implant.
Many women are tempted to brush aside the idea of complications when asking how much do breast implants cost, thinking it won’t happen to them. Knowing your statistical risk of complications will help you plan ahead and pick an implant that is more likely to keep you out of complex surgery in the future. For primary augmentations, silicone gel implants have a higher complication rate for both capsular contracture (10.9-16.2% at 7-8 years) and implant rupture (7.2-13.6% at 8 years), than the IDEAL IMPLANT. “The silicone gel from a ruptured implant can stick to the tissues on the chest wall and a capsulectomy is often required,” explains Dr. Mahony. “The warranty may not fully cover these costs. In contrast [for primary augmentations] structured breast implants have a capsular contracture risk of only 6.6% and a rupture risk of only 2.1% at seven years, with revision surgery generally being less invasive.” Dr. Larry Nichter, board-certified plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, California, tells us about the likelihood of subsequent surgeries with IDEAL IMPLANT saying, “It’s incredibly safe and so there’s far fewer lifetime surgeries with an IDEAL IMPLANT Structured Breast Implant, compared to silicone gel implants.”

The most serious risk of the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure is pulmonary fat embolism. Although the risk is very small, this complication can be fatal. A pulmonary fat embolism, also known as a PFE, occurs when the injected fat finds it's way into veins that feed directly into the pulmonary circulation. There is undeniable evidence that fat embolisms occur when fat injections are performed into the deep planes below the subcutaneous space. The fat injected below the subcutaneous space can find it's way into an injured vein and then travel directly into the pulmonary circulation. There is a danger zone in the vicinity of the inferior and superior gluteal veins.

A simple trick you can try that's remarkably effective at keeping you from putting too much pressure on your new butt while sitting is to use a towel. Roll the towel into a cylindrical shape, then put it under your thighs as you sit down, keeping your weight off your buttocks. Just be careful that you don't cut off the blood supply to your butt, which can also contribute to fat cell death.
Liposuction, or the surgical removal of fat deposits, is one of the most common plastic surgery treatments performed today. In fact, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons reports that nearly a quarter million Americans underwent liposuction in 2014. There are several different methods of performing liposuction, and it can be administered as a standalone treatment, or in conjunction with procedures such as abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), breast lift, face lift, and most body contouring treatments.

If your breast implants rupture, or you develop capsular contracture (two of the top reasons for revision surgery according to the FDA), you will need surgery to correct the issue. You can choose to remove your breast implants with or without replacement. This surgery will be similar in cost to your primary breast augmentation, or could be higher depending on the complexity. Again, health insurance companies do not usually cover costs associated with breast implants, even if you have a medical reason to remove them. As stated above, warranties may or may not cover costs as well.

After relaying to Nurse Libbie that I didn’t want it to look ‘too frozen’, she agrees to give me 10 units across my forehead, and 15 in the centre of my frown- the average dose is between 10-25 units. I lay down across the bed in her treatment room and as she preps the solution, I’m asked to frown and raise my brows. As I do so she inserts the needle, and a tiny dose of botox by Allergen is inserted across six points of my forehead and in between my eyebrows.
The first time you meet with your doctor, you will want to discuss a number of options regarding your Brazilian butt lift surgery. You will probably want to bring in a picture of what you want your butt to look like to give your surgeon a better idea of what the ideal outcome is. After all, not every woman wants the exact same results, some want to go really big, and others do not. A picture is worth a thousand words, and will drastically improve the outcome of your Brazilian butt lift. Also, discuss whether butt implants or the fat transfer method of a Brazilian butt lift is the better option. In addition, you definitely want to ask your doctor:
As a customized cosmetic surgery, the results of a butt lift may vary between patients. Both traditional and Brazilian surgeries typically provide patients with perkier, firmer, rejuvenated rears. Traditional butt lifts may provide more dramatic results, since they involve removing layers of skin, fat, and tissue, while Brazilian butt lifts sculpt unwanted fat from other areas of the body to plump the buttocks and hips for a curvier appearance. While both procedures enhance the look of the backside, a traditional butt lift is more focused on slimming the butt, while a Brazilian butt lift involves adding volume to the rear for a sexier, younger look. The results of both of these surgeries can last for many years, provided you take care of your body and do not experience massive weight fluctuations.
What are your general requirements for candidacy for butt lift surgery? On a practical level, this question helps you determine if you would be eligible for a butt lift at your prospective surgeon's office. In addition, if he or she is willing to operate on patients who currently smoke or doesn't provide weight recommendations for traditional butt lifts, this could be a mark against his or her commitment to safety and medical ethics.

Some surgeons will quote a single global liposuction cost that includes almost every possible surgery-related expense in one lump sum. Typically a global liposuction price is the sum of the surgical fees, plus the non-surgical fee, plus the anesthesiologist’s fee (if general anesthesia is used). A global liposuction cost is commonly used when the liposuction surgery is done in the surgeon’s office or surgery center. When a prospective patient telephones a surgeon’s office to inquire about the cost of liposuction, be certain to determine if the quote is for a global fee or merely the surgical fee. An office employee who answers the telephone might only give information about the surgeon’s fee and not mention other important items such as the anesthesiologist’s fee, and operating room fee.
Thank you for your question.  This is a difficult question to answer because there is not a set price for liposuction.  Price should not be your determining factor for choosing who does your procedure.  Your first question should be is this individual properly trained?  Are they a board certified plastic surgeon?  How many of these procedures do they do?  Also, what is the technique that they are going to use?  Prices are usually determined by the location that you want treated and the facility you are having the surgery.  We do have a policy of giving larger discounts when there are multiple areas being treated at the same time. Please remember higher prices do not always equal a better result, but the lowest price may not be the best decision either.  This is a decision that should be based on trust and experience.

A patient may think twice when they receive an estimate from a surgeon using advanced technology, but that individual would be well advised to reconsider the results that surgeon has provided for others. If paying more for an advanced treatment by a reputable surgeon is more likely to provide beautiful results that will not need revision surgery for undesirable contours or scarring, it could be considered a much more conservative option than paying a cut rate for a less reputable surgeon and having to undergo additional surgeries to achieve the results you really wanted in the first place. It is also important to note that a revisional body contouring surgery is usually more expensive than the original. Correcting errors made in a previous surgery requires more planning and more time to perform, which naturally incurs a greater expense.

Even though there is a possibility for deep vein thrombosis subsequently following the operation, this rarely occurs. All potential side effects from this procedure can be efficiently treated through proper instruction follow through and medication for pain management. The best way to avoid these complications is following your surgeon’s orders. You should avoid blood thinners, stop smoking, stay hydrated, stop drinking alcohol and arrange for care.
The BBL procedure can be performed under IV Sedation or General Anesthesia. However, I believe that IV sedation is a better choice for patients undergoing a Brazilian butt lift. This anesthesia nearly eliminates the pulmonary risks that are associated with General Anesthesia. Besides that, patients wake up much sooner than they do with General Anesthesia, and experience very little nausea. To learn all about why I prefer the use of monitored IV-sedation anesthesia instead of General Anesthesia, see my blog post about the types of anesthesia used in cosmetic surgery.
This category includes costs such as prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relievers and support garments that are worn after your procedure. Overall, miscellaneous costs are low. Your prescription costs will depend on how many your surgeon prescribes and how much of the cost your insurance covers. At minimum, you'll have prescriptions for pain medication and antibiotics. Some surgeons may also prescribe medications for:
It’s important to understand exactly what your doctor’s quote includes. Does the number only include your surgeon’s fee? Or will it cover anesthesia, hospital fees, pre- or post-op appointments, and medications you’ll need throughout your recovery? If your doctor’s estimate doesn’t consider all those costs, be sure to factor them into your budget. Also be sure to ask how your surgeon handles revisions, in case you aren’t happy with your initial results.

These are amazing prices considering I have been performing the procedure for over 15 years!
